For the past few years when I go online I always come across the word "Illuminati" a handful of times a month. At first it didn't bother me but now it's getting out of hand. People pointing fingers saying certain celebrities are part of this secretive cult.

But my question is this: Who cares?

People have been part of different religions, cults, sects, societies, and gangs for centuries. As humans we fear what we don't understand but if it is not directly affecting you than why worry about it?

A new year is approaching and my 30th birthday is right around the corner. But as I say good-bye to 2011 I'm also leaving 11 years of my life behind me. All the childish things I've done I'm no longer interested in doing. I'm transforming from a man to a much better person than ever before and I can feel it. Being a husband and a father is more of a serious step for me to make life good and maintain it.

It's time to act my age.

Acting my age is not just mentally but in regards to everything. And I'm ready for the change. I'm at the crossroads in life and ready to move forward.

Time to dress different, carry myself in a more professional way, and sever ties with people who aren't worth my time.

It's time to move on to a new way of living.

While children are waiting for an imaginary character to come bearing gifts the parents are really the true spirit of the holidays. When is someone gonna give the parents what they want? Who wouldn't want a back rub and some hot chocolate after fighting traffic, gifts, and long lines of waiting just to see a smile on our childrens face?

All the extra money the parents are fighting to save up is being spent to show love and appreciation to the people who they care for.

Their is a high precentage of kids who spend alot of time watching T.V.

Research and studies have demonstrated that heavy television-viewing may lead to serious health and mental consequences.

The average child will watch 8,000 murders on TV before finishing elementary school. By age eighteen, the average American has seen 200,000 acts of violence on TV, including 40,000 murders. We have to be aware of the long-standing concern with the impact of television on behavior, especially among children.

Violence and addiction are not the only TV-related health problems. A National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey released in October 1995 found 4.7 million children between the ages of 6-17 (11% of this age group) to be severely overweight, more than twice the rate during the 1960's. The main culprits: inactivity (these same children average more than 22 hours of television-viewing a week) and a high-calorie diet. A 1991 study showed that there were an average of 200 junk food ads in four hours of children's Saturday morning cartoons.

The easiest way to reduce inactivity is to turn off the TV set. Almost anything else uses more energy than watching TV.

Interviewed by: Warren Scott

When did you first discover your creative talents?

Well, it was my Mother who unearthed my talent when I was about 6 years old. Growing up my Mother would give me coloring books with sketch paper in it. So I would trace the character before coloring it. After awhile I got a piece of paper, stared at a character and draw it.

Since you are self taught how has not having a formal art education affected you as an artist?

This talent/gift as an artist was past down from my Father. He used to draw but never really spoke about it. When it comes to education I went to Union County Vocational-Technical School in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. I went there part time when I was in high school where I learned commerical art.

Where do you get you inspiration/creativeness from?

God is my inspiration. He gives me the motivation and drive to do this. Other than him it's my family, friends, and the world around me thats sparks the creative process.

How long does it take to complete a work of art?

Well sketching alone takes around a half an hour give or take. To ink the picture takes about half the time to sketch the actual work and than the process of finishing it up on the computer which takes about an hour. I'm a stickler for details so proofing my work takes longer sometimes.

Could you tell us about your work?

My art is like a visual diary expressed on paper. The subject in my drawings is based on my mood at the time. It can be dark one minute and comical the next.

What inspires you to keep going and how do you keep yourself motivated?

God and my kids. I want to show my sons that whatever they do in life express that creative side and be the best at it. Motivation comes from my surroundings no matter how positive or negative it is. Sometimes negativity breeds my greatest works of art.

How do describe your style?

A combination of comic book art, graffiti style graphics, mixed in with animation so as to give my art a sense of movement.

Anyone you look up to when it comes to designing?

Oh wow! Well let's see. I would say Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, John Romita Sr., John Romita Jr., Steve Ditko, Frank Miller, Jim Lee, Arthur Adams, Todd McFarlane, Seth McFarlane, Marc Ecko, Mister Cartoon, Mario Barth, Jun Cha, and Johnny Cupcakes.

To name a few.
